There is an ability called "Art of Hiding or Inpo" I think that Thermo (heat sensing) detecters and radar would detect the ninja, but one of my players doesn't think so. What do you think?

It never says in Rifts, HOWEVER, in Ninja's and Super Spys (where it was copyed from) it says in the back of the book that they get their normal prowl roll to avoid detetiong, IF they know it is being used. if they do not suspect that such devices are being used, they still get a prowl roll to avoid detection, at -20% penalty.
