it's in the main book under step two: hit points and SDC.

with non-professional treatment, 2 HP and 4 SDC per day.

with professional treatment, 2 HP per day for the first two days, then 4 HP per day after that. and 6 SDC per day for the whole time. all until fully healed.

Actually, I'm glad you posted before reading as I had forgotten the rates and one of my current characters is laid up in the hospital at the moment... :lol:

As opposed by origional TMNT, with 2 HP per day and 5SDC per HOUR
