I'm willing to bet the chracter was rolled instead of picked based on the powers and weaknesses. A decent version of a Psychic Mega is the Psych empowered by the magical unicorn in one of the Rifter books.

That is almost insane.. but you know my philosophy..(sing it with me!) Anything a player can do, the bad guy does better.
I really like that idea of making all Telekinetic damages and lifting strengths Supernatural level for Mega Psychics.. I never thought of that.
