Back in the '80s it was a saturday morning cartoon show about a race of minute humanoids with tails and buckteeth who lived inside the walls of people's houses and had various adventures while eluding humans and vermin-hunting animals.

The Snorks were the underwater cousins of the Smurfs... had a "L" shaped Snorkal like thing on there head...
Teh Disney Gummy bears was about a Race up supreamly Evil-Techno-Midget Bears.... They Used a Drink Simmiler to "Jolt Cola" Laced with Speed/steroids to get an Effect simmiler to a Juicer for a limited time.

..That cartoon in the '80's was based on a childrens illustrated book series from the '50's.
