The #1 complaint that I have heard about Psyscape is
"Where's the psyscape info!?"
No maps, little description, little info on what the actual place is like.
More information would be greatly appreciated.
The main negative response you might get would be from people who have fleshed Psyscape on their own and have a different vision of what the place should be like.
But even then, they will probably like at least a couple of your ideas.
Anyone interested in more Psyscape?

I sort of half and half on more psyscape I really think that Psionics were never balanced well against the rest and psyscape added more full to that fire. Still the idea has merit and the idea should be fleshed out more. It was just left hanging like that.
