OK, heres one for ya...

The Techno smithy OCC in Three Galaxies has the skill Metallurgy at +15%

But not in a single one of the books is there a metallugy skill description, percentage base, or anything relating to that.

Nor is there anything in any of the FAQ's on the site about it.

What if you only buy Rifts books for instance though? In that case, you're SOL as far as ever having that skill...

Metallurgy: The science that deals with extracting metals from their ores. It also includes knowledge of creating and identifying different alloys. This would be useful in knowing how to create M.D. metals as well as S.D.C. metals. Base Skill 15% +5% per level.
