The TW section in the Main Book describes spells that are commonly added to armor. And the Federation of Magic book (I think - if not try the Book of Magic) has the armor restrictions for mages.

In one of the latest Rifters (#22 maybe. It's the one with the two goblins on the front), there is a one-page article on mage armor. There are two types, normal mage armor and magical mage armor. The latter can have some TW additions and both can be worn with no penalties to spell casting. Check it out. It's a good article with a neat picture of the armor.
Juicers are so hopped up on drugs that their reflexes are hyper-fast and the rest of the world around them seems to be moving in slow motion. Which means that they are likely the only ones to be able to keep up with the Palladium rule changes... - Killer Cyborg
