I've been fourtunate enough to avoid getting any of my PC's killed so far. . . in Rifts.

on level 3 paladin in D&D I had got killed by 2 goblins who both rolled natural 20's and max damage :?

Same here ... thanks for munchkinney character choices, pure luck, and the fact that the campaigns I've played were not as long as they could have been... none of my Rifts character ever died.

Lynx8882 wrote:the only PC i've ever made for Rifts that has died was wiped from the megaverse because i accidently forgot to take in one rule of character creation and made a supernatural evil gave my sheet for check in and it got ripped up for the rule breaking :( :( was a good character too that i was looking forward to playing

huh? what rule is that?

and why'd he rip it?

and you could just make him again and use him with another GM who would allow it.

Oddly enough (or appropriately enough), my only Rifts character to have actually died is the very first one I rolled up -- a TW by the name of Jacob Horkheimer. Bugger met his untimely demise when his hovercycle attracted the attention of some wandering Coalition missiles.

I unforunately have been killed a lot in rifts. My first was my first character a cyber-knight with no name. He was in a town that became overran with vampires and just couldn't fight them all off and died.

My second death was a NG grunt I had named private J.Rilley. He was captured by the CS and tortured to death. Next was a Mystic named Corion who was killed in a gladiator arena.

After that there was a vagabond named Joe who was killed during a fight with a gang of bikers. I was fighting, lost my balance and fell 30ft off a balcony headfirst snapping my neck.
