At the very least...
The SAMAS pilot is going to suffer from broken/sprained joints, whiplash, concussion, and possibly internal injuries from the impact.
The Headhunter is going to be in serious trouble...double impact, first from the SAMAS pilot hitting him, and then again when something (like a tree / wall / the ground) stops his arcing involuntary flight. He, on the other hand is guaranteed massive internal injuries, massive concussion, possibly near fatal whiplash, and massive amounts of broken bones from both impacts.
However, this involves the real world, not Kevin's fantasy world that we all enjoy to pick apart so much...

Impact Damage Rules Applicable to Body & Power Armor
High speed crash: 1d4 points of SDC or Hit Point dmg for every 10mph of speed above 30mph
In think those rules are more appropreiate for when the speeder hits a large ungiving object that won't be moved all much on impact, like a tree, a blast wall, or the side of a DHT. In the case above we have an object with four times the mass of the target of the collision. Science and physics, (I know, "keep your reality out of my fantasy game!"), says that speed is the best defense against damage against collisions. The faster something goes the less collateral damage it will take on impact, and the more damage it will deliver.
So I say:
1) Both the rammer and rammee suffer the collision damage as listed on pg. 12 of the RMB for High Speed Crash;
2) The rammer weighs 4 times more than the rammee, so he takes one-quarter (1/4) damage; and...
3) For every 500 MPH the rammer is going at the time of impact, half the damage again and again...
So the rammee, facing a 1,300 mph impact, will take 127d4 (averaging 317.5 SDC! ~ Ouch!) right throgh his body. The rammer will take a quarter of that (31.75d4) due to his ecesss mass, halfed two times (rounded down) due to his speed leaves him with an 8d4SDC boo-boo, which still hurts, but shouldn't kill him with that having an average of 20 SDC.
