NGR allies?

Who are the NGRs allies in Europe? In the triax book it says that Amsterdam is one, but the map in Mindwerks shows it to be underwater and with the gargoyles controling the parts that are not.

Actually the Camelot/ NGR alliance seems very plausable, since Camelot can supply perishables more easily than the CS... and in my campaign, they're starting to become involved in a war against Bres and Balor II.

There's an NGR ally in Ireland and I beleive that Camelot and the NGR are friends as well.

They are also on good terms with a umber of the Warlords of Russia.

I just want to know by what people mean by allies. Trading relationships? Exchange of Ambassadors? Military Co-Operation? What?

In general I'd say that the NGR is on friendly terms with most human nations of Europe, except those that are particularly cruel or evil.
