#1)How long will a Vibro Weapon last on just one (1) short E-clip?
#2)Same thing but with a long E-clip?
#3)Same thing but as a TW conversion, with activation costs?
#4)Retractable Vibro-Blade Implants

use WP:Sword, right?

1&2. they can't operate on either, it says they use their own energy clip that is good for 1 month of contunus activation. or, sinse it's not on all the time, virtually unlimited.

TW conversion. I'd say 6 PPE would bive it a month of any-time activation.

retractable vibro blade implants vary.

retractable 1d6 vibro blade use WP Knife.

retracable saber or sword use WP sword.

retracable vibro claws use WP Knife

I believe I read that Vibro Kinves only accept mini-e-clips which can power them for up to a full hour of continious use. With that hour's time rationed out over time with regular use, a single charge can last a person three months to a year. If forget exactly which book that's in, but I know it's one of the more recent ones.

There's a book somewhere that has the WP claw or something similar in words that I've always used as the WP for the bionic vibro-blade that is 3 that come out above your wrist as it would seem to have to be used like a claw weapon. Pity I don't have the books near me currently or I'd look for it.

The WP for the claw vibroblade is WP knife. It's mentioned in RMB, and again in GMG.

But where are those notes about the lifespan of the blades' power source?

well remember, there ISN'T a WP claw in Rifts Main Book, and they have to make it so that it's playable without any other books. this means some cuts need to be made. lumping it under WP knife is acceptable if there isn't a more specific one available.
