They keep playing as usual. The O.C.C. requirements are "pre-requisites to enter." The US Secret Service has a requirement for all agents operating on Presidential details to have everything Momma Nature gave 'em at birth (ie: eyes, hands, feet, lungs, kidneys, etc). Donate a kidney, and no matter all the training you underwent, and you can no longer work on a Presidential Detail. You're still as skilled as everyone else, but you simply are no longer as qualified.

If you want to be a true (censored), you can tell them they can no longer advance as what they were. :D

not to mention a "fumbling" penalty for a low PP's.

I refuse to belive the PC that rolled a three is as agile as someone with 15 PP.

You can have something done good, fast and cheap. If you want it done good and fast, it's not going to be cheap. If you want it done fast and cheap it won't be good. If you want something done good and cheap it won't be done fast. ~ Dark Brandon
