Should I?

In light of the Rifter 27 rules for Sorcerous Proficiencies and Detriments, I have been wondering if I should finish the material I was working on for Nightbane spellcasters. I have been working on about 10 pages of new spells and abilities, as well as Morphus talents, but think some of them would overpower a game if the right (or wrong) proficiency was taken along with it.

Should I finish and submit my work for the Rifter?

Submit mortal! :demon: Ummm... I mean you really should submit your material to the Rifter. The worst that can happen is that the Rifter declines to print it. At least you will have had the guts to take the chance and maybe help someone's game become truly memorable! :ok:

I look forward to seeing it published,

I think you should either submit it or create your own website and post it there.

Always assume that the GM will make a good call weather or not your material should be used in his campaign, after all your perposeing optional material.
