Yes it does have its list of items from magic to hi tech. There are several new R.C.C.'s. I like how the Splyn Market is described and the different shop keeprs there. The liberated underground also helps inspire all kinds of scenario ideas. I'd say its worht it

Anyways, definetly pick this one up. They say Underseas is just as varied as a Dimension Book. If that is so then Splynn is twice that and more. (Which makes sense because it is a dimensional hub).
