I've noticed that some APS give the ability to be completely immune to, or severly reduce damage from, physical attacks.

I'm pretty sure most still suffer damage from physically manifested psionic and magic attacks(psi-swords and the like). How does this immunity apply towards supernatural strength? Since it is physical, no matter how powerful, is it still immune/reduced? How about magical weapons?

If your on about APS metal, stone etc then yes you take damage, assuming rolls go above the AR. In regards to APS mist, water etc then no damage from physical attacks unless stated otherwise. Psi swords are a physical attack, just powered by Psionics.
