Slayer of Mountains

This guy is mentioned in several books. LOD I is where it actually mentions him slaying a mountain. Does anybody know who he is? Are there stats for him somewhere or a description of his powers? Or is he one of the writers NPC who they decided to include in the story line?

Personally I think the slayer of Mountains is one of the big reasons that Itomas has stayed on top for as long as he has..

Ultimately if you wanna be top dog in teh West you better be on this dragons good side or else your in for some big troubles..
