Had a question. Was wondering why the very good hit location rules and tables found in The Compendium of Contemporary Weapons did not show up as optional rules in the Rifts Game Master Guide?
Also have you (Palladium) consider putting up the rules as a free download?
..Palladium employees don't peruse these boards for the most part. I'd say it didn't go into the GM guide because it's already in the Contemporary Weapons book, and there wasn't enough space for everything they wanted to put in it anyway.
..As to putting them online, that's not likely to happen unless they stop printing the book they're in, and that's not likely either.
