its yet another case of a book that died in the creation proccess
Its somewhat mentioned in CS and Mutant Underground. Its the US
governement secret base where they create goverment trained
super beings, pretty much a factory for Super Soldiers.
It was Bill Coffin book that died when he left. Who knows maybe
someone will cast a resurrection spell on it and bring this beast to life.
