PsiWarriors are in Psycape, as are many other good psi OCCs. Why not make him a cyber knight (is this possible?)

A Cyber-Knight Gigantite would be cool. You could flex the rules a bit to allow for one...

I know the rules, but sometime they can be bent - just one of the kind (all boni from the tattoos are half or need double the P.P.E. to activate them).
