help with a vampire RCC

Hi guys I am real new to this so anyhelp with my question be real helpful.
For RIFTS Does a vampire bite affect changelings page 89 in the coversion book. when it comes to turning them into vampires.

I'd say no, I belive Changlings are creatures of magic. though I could be wrong.

I would say that changlings could be turned into vampires, but they'd lose their ability to shape-change and their problems with salt.
Basically, they'd just be a normal vampire.

In PFRPG's Old Ones book, there is a vampire changeling who kept his powers.
The Nuclear Chaos
That thing is not dead which has the capacity to continue to exist eternally,
And if the abnormal ones come,then death may cease to be
