The PRC/GF is what the CS should have been. a Nation of highly educated people that are loyal to their nation. Not a nation full of morons who cant read at all.

That's BS, because that's how the CS maintains it's authority over it's citizens...they can't read, they are uneducated and therefore they aren't organized and you can never rebel without organization

The way the CS controls its people, is not a good thing todo. It is better to have highly motivated & highly educated citizens who are loyal to there country of their own free will.

closest description i can give is, the PRC/GF having a some what facist &/or somewhat communist government with everyone fanatical to the state(wanting to retake china from the daemons & return it to human control, but not racist against those that are willing to fight on the chinese/human side), extremely educated, & all having military training.

Well, I don't have the China books so I don't know the exact situation or setting, but it seems to me that there's probably significant differences between China and NA.

Isn't the Geofront sort of an isolated community of humans in the midst of a sea of demon hordes? It's a lot safer to educate your citizenry when your opponents really *are* all horrible, evil demons from the depths of hell that want to eat your babies.
