If you have a P.S. of 20, then you do +5 SDC damage. If you are using a silver sword vs. a vampire, would you be able to add in the additional +5 SDC damage? Or are vampires only effected by the silver and not the blow behind it?
Seems to me you should be able to add it in, but then what would you do for supernatural strength against a vampire, add in the "restrained" amount of damage?

You add your SDC bonus if you do not have supernatural strength.
You add your supernatural strength punch damage if you have supernatural strength.
You add your supernatural strength punch damage if you have supernatural strength.
