Ya it shows a Magic Specialist in flight and casting a spell, while the other one just has a fellow with a phase or vibro sword charging some poor idiot...

Have always thought that the big one with the sword and stupid head gear was the power armour or the warlock marines and the other one was the standard marine body armour.
