My Rifts collection is not as complete as I wish, does anyone know of any of the books or Rifters that cover these areas of the world?
The NGR includes Denmark, but Warlords of Russia seems to stop just shy of the Finland, Sweden, Norway area. I know the Norse Gods are in one of the sourcebooks, but I'm interested in what's going on physically in these areas..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's nothing that I know of regarding Scandinavia or Turkey. The NW US area you can find bits of info in New West, Spirit West and Canada.
Turkey and the Middle East
Unfortunately, except for a couple of little hints here and there, there is virtually NO information regarding Scandinavia or Turkey/the Middle East (nothing between Turkey and Asia). I myself have been working the last few years in trying to come up with something for my group(s) regarding Vikings of Rifts Earth, but with limited success. There is a fantastic unofficial website that gives extensive information on the Middle East and Turkey. Until Palladium declares otherwise, my groups and I use this as the "official" information on the Middle East.

Some additional info that he sent me regarding Turkey/the Persian Protectorate that is not on the site is that they have purchased some power armor and robots from the Tarnow Kingdom (Poland, sourcebook #3: Mindwerks), as well as having cyborgs similar to the light and heavy machines of the Russian Warlords. He stated that weapons and armor are knock-offs of local technology, and that Ahriman, the evil Persian god, is starting to corrupt the nation through Angrar Robotics (Mercenaries sourcebook).
Hope this helps

Well Turkey has that hinted at Giant Kingdom (CB1).
I personally think that is who makes the Gargoyles bots.
Scandinavia is up in the air. The main book hinted that they were high tech but it also seemed to make them part of the NGR. When the NGR book came out they were forgotten.
The Middle East is pretty much the last place on earth I expect to see Palladium tackle because of all that political and religious stuff. There is nothing in any book with even a hit that I am aware of.
Consider it the area of Earth reserved for GMs.
