..Same thing happened with Psi-Scape; it was assigned WB 12, but didn't come out until after WB 13.
..Likewise, both of the Old Kingdom books have been assigned numbers for the Palladium Series, and then they got shoved back again and again, so they leave this gaping hole in the numerology of that series.
