There's been a lot of talk here about house rules and other variations, I'd be interested in a site where Rifts players could upload their own house rules, NPCs, characters adventures etc.
Although yes, the web ring is tiresome, it's a good place to start for links to good sites. Also check in many of the posters banners/signatures there's some good links there too.
