Not bad, not bad. With the Masters as much of in influence in the First season (the Trap they used) I definatly think when the come to GLory wanting some action they'll give ti to them.

Though i have't read all the Pages of the first season (I dislike macross. and i didnt wanna read a rehash until i read this section) but Bretia/Exodor knwo what they were sent after no about the "inbit" know about the Master Tech level and they are Mirconians. Did they remember to tell the ASC this?

yeah... that means that cloning is necessary for rapid production of soldiers and mecha pilots.

LOL!
You are having entirely too much fun with this.....
First we get a gungho Minmei and a hormone-adled Rick Hunter...
Now we get a nuke-happy Emerson(Leonard's frightened "Again...?!" is just SO hilarious), and Imperious Robotech Masters with nearly audible facefaults....
I hesitate to ask what next....Zor Prime singing the Lumberjack Song?
("Oh I'm a Robotech Master and I shoot down MIcronians all day....")

Keep it up...or else

So when are we going to meet Amuro Rei? And why would Char Aznable work for the Masters? (I'm assuming that's Char and not Zechs or any one of the dozen of masked Gundam villains.)

You're thinking too hard... or not hard enough. Hard to say which. I'm just glad you caught on to that joke.

Seriously, though, what were Japanese audiences supposed to think when they saw a single, nimble red mecha as the main adversary of the main character?

*cough*ripoff*cough* was probably it.

So I took it a small step forward...

But you still need to wait and see to understand everything that's happened to the traditional roll of Zor Prime in this series.

well,in SDC:SC the RT character of Zor was named Sol, a captured human soldier. brainwashed and forced to fight for the Zor (RT's masters.)

and the bioroids control system is a neural interface through a transparent Mask like faceplate.

Well...scale up the Bioroid, shrink the pilot...there's gotta be a sight gag in there somewhere....

(Anime shot of the Big Bad Red Bioroid looming over the main characters, then openning up with those beams of light piercing through as the music ramps up. As the light intensifies, cut to the astonished, tense faces of Sterling and Company...then light cuts down in intensity...)
Louie: "It's....empty?"
(shot cuts back to the Bioroid pilot capsule, now revealed to be apparently empty.)
Dante: "We're fighting a robot? This makes no sens----ARGH!"
Sean: "What?--ERK!"
Dana:"Hey, what's wrong, guys!?"
Louie: "YELP!---AAHH! My kneecaps! Somebody hit me in the kneecaps!"
Voice: "Bow before the magnificance of the Robotech Masters!"
Bowie:(looking down) "It's a..... MIDGET?!"

Hmmm...maybe one of the Clone Masters forget that it was his turn to feed the Zor clones in their tank, got up the next morning to discover they were all floating belly-up, and had to quickly flush them and get substitutes before anybody noticed?

The higher the rank you're planning on dating, the more damage you gotta take to impress them....

Case in point from the orginal Macross arc...Rick Hunter manages to get himself shot down by Lisa, getting her attention....

Could you imagine what damage Sean would have had to take if Marie were a Captain?

oh my god...
We have met the three enemy aces and they're the Dark Generals of the Negaverse(or close enough) Good looking, very evil, given to one upmanship among themselves...
Not that we're ever going to see Dana say anything like "In the name of love and justic....no, I'm just doing this because I WANNA KICK YOUR (select appropriate noun) TO GEHENNA AND BACK!!!!"(proceeds to wreak almighty retribution and bioroid parts all over the landscape)
Sean:"Thank god we don't have to wear tuxedos in this stupid AU..."
Dante:"We got even more to be thankful for...Louie was originally scripted in as a cat..."
Bowie: "heh...7.62 caseless beats a rose dart any day..."
Louie: "Waitaminute....it said originally 'trusted loyal advisor to the heroine' in the script! What's this about not having opposable thumbs!?"

“Never mind that, we’ll just reopen them,” a private of the 15th replied confidently, rocketing to full speed and firing his weapons to puncture a new hole through one of the smaller blast door segments.

“Charles, wait!” Angelo shouts too late.

Charles did indeed smash a new hole through the metallic slab when his sixty ton tank rammed it… whereupon he immediately fell out of the vessel and proceeded to plummet 3,000 feet to the ground, barely hitting his jets in time to avoid a fatal crash at the bottom.

hey, wasn't there a Brown in the 15th in the show?

Elsewhere within the mothership, Valerius was painstakingly removing his mask, with a trio of identical, fresh masks arrayed before him. The inside layer of each mask is a complex set of tiny robotic arms, needles, dispensers, and threads, with one-way transparent lenses to go in front of the eyes. The removal of a spent mask was a gruesome process, involving a great deal of blood and malformed flesh.

ah, the Star Wars rip-off begin. :)

“Spare parts for androids…” Louie mused. “Or biosynthetic prosthetics.” Much to Louie’s delight, fiddling with the controls on a tank caused one of the hands to self-animate. “I know a guy in med school who’ll get a kick out of this,” he added as he promptly bagged one of the hands.

“Cloned body parts?” Bowie asked, trying to wrap his brain around the concept.

“Mmm… something like that.”

would that be a Mr. Frankenstien by chance?

I'm interested in whether "Roy" is the original, or a clone...
