In Rifts China Two, it states that the Soothsayer has Ability #5, can see ''the Face of Evil.''

But in Rifts China One, it states that the Red Child is undetectable in Child Form.

Anyone else at a loss as to whether or not the Soothsayer can ''see'' a Red Child????

P.S. I'm interested in a 'real' answer, not just conjecture, or what a DM 'should' pick.

Can ANYTHING except a God see a Red Child for what it is??????

Admittedly I have neither book...

I'd say no.

For now, anyway.

There is precidence for this. There are African(?) and Philipine vampires that can not be detected by any means during the day.

Generally if something is undetectable then only something that specifically states that it can detect it can. If it doesn't it can't.
It works the same way for indestructible items.
