Geko stats?

Yep, just make him up as a lizard from Road Hogs, but give the lizard the Climb animal power for about 5 Bio-E. Most geckos don't grow more than about 6 inches.

If you have the old TMNT book, it has a section that explains how to create animals not listed in the books.

Well, in that case, just make up a chameleon (Road Hogs page 9).
