Which of the OCCs are the closest to being about to make riathenor-like armors or augmentations ??

This isnt a *conversion* but i got off the phone with one of my players and he wanted to know, could/would he be able to make riathenor like armor or grafts/augmentation...i know he was thinking of the old school riathenors from the AU book

Confirmed. This is the Splicers Forum, so yeah, those are Splicer OCC's.

yeah HU2 doesn't have occs really, it has power catagories.
