Thank goodness for good friends.
A good friend of mine, fello G.M., and creator of his own RPG found me a copy of TMNT &Other Strangeness at...you guessed, Half Life...ahem...Price Books. This thing is still in good condition, minus some wrinkles. So, among other things, beware of possible story ideas from me, the noob.

All my games have vampires and really hot blondes that hunt them.
I've particularly found that it livens up Bunnies & Burrows...

One of the best white wolf GMs I knew use to put buffy in every Vampire game he ran.( this was before the show came out, so it was somewhat unusual) if we were in or near LA and he described a 'really nice blond who fills out her clothing nicely' we knew to run like #$^@.
Personally, I think that we have a duty as role-players to try to anchor each other to reality a bit. To keep other gamers from being complete freaks and weirdos, or even psychopaths, if we can. Killer Cyborg

In our group, two people are playing vampires. Just as a counterbalance, I asked about playing a vampire hunter. The GM came up with a house Blade-style OCC for the character, and we tied it into one of the PC vampires.
Based on the vampire's character background, I had to make the vampire hunter a native German, and went for the stereotypical blue-eyed blonde. And I rolled a 21 for PB. So I got done with the description, ran it through a character portrait program we have, looked at the final product, and I realized my new character looked like Buffy!
Needless to say, that has led to some interesting times in our games.
Incredibly off-topic, but as long as the subject of vampires is in the air: For a while, I ran a mutant Vampire Bat who was a slightly more evil version of Morbius, the Living Vampire (Spiderman bad guy). Actually, that was quite an interesting experience, especially considering how much I tried to avoid acting like the cliche "goth vamp".
