Welcome to the boards, uh, Doo Doo.
Yeah, there are stats for dingos in MDU. And they rock! Plenty of stat bonuses, and enough bio-e to mutate them and have some powers too.
As for posting them, Pall kinda frowns on that.
One other thing, MDU was made way back when, and if you're using the current AtB, you'll need to update the dingo entry.

Don't expect to see any new books any time soon.
I would expect that AtB won't see any official expansion/world books for the next year or two.
