Good Book for ideas for BtS

I have a book called "Monsters, An Investigator's Guide to Magical Beings" by a guy named John Michael Greer. I think this book would be great for any BtS player and or GM for ideas and inspiration.
The guy actually investigates historical reports of monster sightings.
