Teenage Mutant Ninja Yeti

In the group I am in with Lunarix, Gnorm Gearloose, and one of my co-workers, we have decided to rotate GMs, with me being the fourth. I was leaning toward running a TMNT/AtB game, and posed the idea to the group. All three of them loved it, but I am hesitant for one reason...
...
...
my co-worker wants to be a Yeti.
Is this even possible? If it is, should I tell him? And if so, where are the stats for a Teenage Mutant Ninja Yeti?

That may work...but I think he wants actual Yeti stats.

The books don't have any mythical mutants that I'm aware of, but this topic does:

With all the possible animals to choose from, why does he want to be a Yeti?

To make life difficult for me. His character in Lunarix's HU2 game was a sadistc homocidal maniac, and only two of his skills ever worked: Research and Pilot Helicopter. And he hated "hippies." Which was everyone who did or said anything he didn't agree with.

While I certainly understand a player wanting to run a unique and intersting character, I hate it when a player comes up with something that is intentionally done to be a hard fit. Being difficult on purpose (like playing a CS hardliner in an all Psychic group).
Just tell him that in your campaign world there are no yeti.

Why? It'd be more interesting to see if he can pull it off than to tell him no.
