QUASI-LEGAL Munchkinism! (or, scaring the Pants off your GM)

Just a little bit of fun, here.
The Quest is very, Very simple.
Create the most Munchkin Character that you can, BUT.......
A]] Your resulting Character MUST be "legal" as defined by Rifts Canon, not your Games.
B]] These must be actual O.C.C.s/R.C.Cs, and not inanimate objects. I'd really rather not see someone pull the Artifact or the Zentraedi Main Fleet out of their arses again.
C]] The Characters, Abilities, and Attributes must be from the Rifts Megaverse, and its associated Dimension Books only. No pulling 300X Strength from Heroes Unlimited or Facades from Nightbane. And Zer0 Kay, put that Splicer Host Armor back in your pocket; you can't use it in this "contest."
D]] The Characters can be ANY NPC Class, but NOT an NPC Individual. For example, you can choose a Mage Type that is normally an NPC Class, but you CANNOT pick Alistair Dunscon (and his unique Abilities), however.
***Addendum***
E]] The New Character that you create MUST be a Hybrid of at least two O.C.C.s/R.C.Cs of some sort. Otherwise, everybody and his Brother would eventually yell out "I pick Zurvan!!!"
YOU try to create such a Character, and the rest of us either say that it can fly according to Canon (even if the Rules get tweaked or bruised), or we shoot you down. If we like your Legal Munchkin Creation, then we'll say nice things about your Mother and make you feel all tingly inside. But fail, and our derisive laughter will haunt you forever!!!
As a start, I offer to the masses an Idea from a Forum Member called darkbrandon: A Titan Juicer turned Undead Murder-Wraith.
Holy Crap!!! Do any of you realize how hard Undead are to kill (if played intelligently) that have only a few S.D.C./Hit Points?? This Guy has not only Human Intelligence, unlike most Undead, but he also up to 22-freaking HUNDRED S.D.C. !!!!! And unless I'm mistaken, he gets a further Bonus to his P.S., too!!!!!

I submit my own Legal Munchkin:
Combination Fallen Cosmo-Knight (Rifts: Phase World) and Harvester (Rifts: Psyscape).
Nothing in either O.C.C. Description preventing me from learning the other's O.C.C.
I get to live indefinitely, I gain an AWESOME P.P.E. Base, I can eventually learn ALL Spells except Spells of Legend (picks up new Spells like a Mystic, unless the Soul of a Mage is consumed), and best of all, I get to keep my Cosmo-Weapon AND the Forge still gives me limited Energy Resistance.
If THAT Character that I just "rolled" up doesn't represent a well-rounded can of Whoop-ass, then I don't know what does!!!!!!

The talus have an option to get 2 majors and a minor and the biofreak has an option to get 2 majors and 2 minors. There's nothing that says that a talus biofreak wouldn't roll on both tables, and the fact that a seerman biofreak NPC has 7 super powers pretty much confirms that you can roll on both tables.

Maybe. I haven't picked an OCC yet. (spell caster, or harvester? So many choices. Maybe a Zone boy from Rifts Manhunter..superpowers and a ton of skills to make a rogue scholar cry.)
Besides, with the Sea Inquisitor's experience point table, I level up faster than a vagabond with a Monty Haul GM.
The Mulka was a great call as well.
Is a Mulka an
official Rifts Creature or is it one of those Creations from one of the Non-Palladium Rifts Books like
Manhunter???
If it's from a Book like that, I'm not so sure that it should count........

Now with that combo, I have:
All Physical and Sensitive psionics, some healing and a few super psionics

Otherwise, we'd all just pick Zurvan (

This is in regards to the Supernatural creatures being called as Cosmo Knights. The description says that NONE have yet to be called by the forge. It doesn't mean that they CAN't be, just that it hasn't happened yet. I think that is the cosmic threat becomes great enough you will see the first hundred handed cosmo knight kicking some cosmic butt.

I submit the following:
From; Rifts Conversion Book 2: Pantheons
Demi-God with The following Power-of-Choice: Mind Melter Powers and
O.C.C. of choice: Ley Line Walker!
This way it uses one EXP Chart(Demi-God), and has both full-on Mind Melter Psionics(Which
rock!) and a Ley Line Walker's (nearly) unlimited Spell choices as (s)he goes up in Level.
Perfectly Legal. Note that the Demi-God R.C.C. has Supernatural PS, and is an MDC being with some regenerative power. Add that to everything a Mind Melter
AND a Ley Line Walker can do, and you have trouble with a capital T!

How about a Promethean Phase Adept/Mystic Knight (dual O.C.C.s are canon legal). Great selection of psionic and phase powers, good range of spells (including the ability to get a couple temporal spells). All M.D.C. does S.D.C. to the character. Can be immune to magic basically, is impervious to energy, and has a great save vs. Psionics. With the right combination of phase powers, psionics, and spells in use, this character could possibly bring down an adult dragon single handedly.

Xy and The Lord of the Deep or Pluto.
I like the Scarecrow Fire Warlock. I had a GM actually use that against us once. We had to encase him in MD material (he couldn't move far enough to actually do damage to his prison) until we could throw him into the sun. It didn't kill him, but the gravity kept him there.
Otherwise - how about a T-Man Cosmo Knight (with 50 tattoos)...or a Phantom Vampire. Immunity to sunlight, the ability to turn into pure energy at a moment's notice, and all of the vampire's invulnerabilities to boot.
For that matter, you could be the race who had the 'black hole projector' that demolished the Dominators, the First Race that built the Cosmic Forge, the Cosmic Forge itself (that's an NPC for ya), Nxla, or...just going with normal munchkinism:
A 15th level Dragon Juicer/15th level Undead Slayer in Chipwell Warmonger Power Armor that's been converted in Tarno to MDC (in a one for one conversion from SDC to MDC thereby giving it 4,000 MD for the main body).
Lessee...a 15th level Godling with Fire Warlock, Mind Melter, and Burster powers...but he's also a 15th level Witch with the Gift of Union. Hundreds of MDC, hundreds of PPE, a TON of spells, Mind Melter, AND burster powers.
The possibilities are endless.
A 15th level Splugorth that's a Maxi-Killer. You'd have to reduce his lifespan, but a Sploogie with an auto-dodge would be evil.

I did some math, and the Talus Biofreak I posted would do insane damage just punching
1d6X10 - damage per punch.... He WILL be able to harvest a max of 30 souls at level 15, so there's 60 sn ps right there. I wish the table went higher.
24 - With NCA he would have 24 attacks per round at level 15 against an opponent with h2h expert or MA
15 - multiply all of this by 15 because of multiple selves!
That means he's doing a minimum of 3600 and a max of 21600 damage per round.
His power in physical combat would help greatly in taking down mages with a lot of spell knowledge.
What would the damage be if he and his multiple selves all went into sorcerous fury?
(2d4x10)(26)(15) = 7800 min 31200 max

actually, my munchkin requires 2 characters
1) A titan Diabolist
2) A dragon with Universal balance and Giant
Dragin removes a finger...bio-regenerates it. Diabolist carves it into perminence ward. Dragon casts UB on himself and diabolist, diabolist puts power ward + Permence ward on himself and dragon, casts growth spell. Diabolist activates Wards, and the effects UB and Growth become perminent. Repeat. Somewhere in there, diabolist puts perminence ward + Invulnerability, + breath without air + whatever else...he has an infinite number of dragon bones to play with.

You can always cap off any if not all of your characters with a trip to the portal in Asslym(however they spell it), and a decade or two in Psyscape. If a Sea Inquister add on counts I don't know why these wouldn't.
Now we need the best SDC Munchkin combination.
