Congrats to Slappy!!

Just got my copy of "The Rifter" today. Excited, I tore into to it to see the new War Mounts.

Lo and Behold, Slappy's fantastic work is in print!! With artwork, no less (the picture of the falcon is most impressive, by the way.)

Congratulations Slappy!! Your work is easily the best I've seen on any forum; hopefully they will contract you to write a full blown source book.

:-D :-D :-D

Thanks man. I've been dying to know what they picked. I definitely wasn't expecting them to pick the War Hawk since that's something Carmen is also writing. Which ones are in there?

Here's the rundown (in order):

1. Abomination (decent illustration)
2. Black Talon War Hawk (AWESOME illustration!)
3. Kamikaze Organic Cruise Missle
4. Kraken (Very cool illustration as well, looks like something from a Godzilla movie)
5. Kraken HLS Adventures
6. Tunnel War Mount

Slappy, you going to need another article. What good is your
petty birdie without the Falconer to use it.

Well, Wookie_Wonka says it's illustration is AWESOME and
so is the online text for the Falconer.

I hate it when my mind wonders,
Because I have no idea what it will bring back with it.

Yeah, I'm surprised they printed one without the other. They must have hacked up my text to make it work. I'm curious to see what it says now.

You most certainly are worthy you humble bastard :) You're stuff is treated as Canon by both myself and the other GM in our group. Well thought out, well balanced, generally fits nicely with the existing material with no tweaking. We did do some strange things with your genethief material but that character was already "outside the box" (Scarecrow with Tien-Hsueh and a 41 PE). We may not be allowing any more characters with N&S martial arts after seeing him in action...
