Okay, after doing a few hours research, my head is hurting, and I'm stumped. Does anyone know what the name is or where to find information on the consort to the Jade Emperor?

I thought I knew it, only to find several sources say that my information is a common mistake. So, help would be appreciated.

I've seen Yu-huang most commonly used.

He's got a consort?

Some things I've seen have mentioned a consort (with no name), and I've seen repeated references (and names) to sons and daughters, which would imply a mother. Many descriptions of the Celestial Court says that it mirrors a more earthly court, including a royal family. Even Rifts China 2 mentions a "Lady Jade".

If no one knows of anything, it's no biggie, I can work with a different Deity. It just would have been an ironic twist, considering how the other GM's games have gone.

I've looked in a couple of texts, and seen reference to the Consort of The Jade Emperor, but I hadn't found a name yet.
Still looking, but it's an obscure reference to be sure.

After looking for the subject I continually got the same answer; Wang Mu Niang-Niang, sometimes confused with her daughter, Xi Wang-Mu/Hsi Wang Mu.

Heck with it. That's what I thought too. Some things I found said that's a mistake, but this is fantasy after all, and whose to say those aren't making a mistake.

She was going to be my second choice if I couldn't find a name, so I'm running with it. Thanks Kuseru. Man, the players are going to hate me (especially the females whose characters will probably feel a little inadequate after meeting the personification of femininity).

Opinion question next: how would a Peach of Immortality affect a Millenium Tree's need to feed off PPE?

It wouldn't.

I finally stumbled across an answer to this question here.
