I want to create a mutant woodpecker with partal hands, size about "normal woodpecker size", speech capable...Basically woody woodpecker. As an NPC for rifts and Palladium Fantasy. To show up, when a player does something increadably stupid.
Only problem is I don't have either one of the main books. So, if you guys wouldn't mind; helping me out a bit.
