special training

old question, but in revised N&SS book

it gives +10% to skill bonus for college education, but no bonus for education when it is listed as "special training", even though it says these characters have been highly trained and put through colleges

which particular occ's in that book should get large skill bonus due to the fact they appear to be very focused on training.

there are a few who miss out on martial arts, due to the fact they get loads of skills, yet they appear not to receive any special skill bonus for this.

have i missed something in that book?

No you didn't miss anything. The person responsible for the "revised" edition did. They didn't realize that N&S isn't HU and put in the HU bonuses erroneously.
