I've noticed that MC's martial arts forms are missing a couple things listed in N&SS. In particular, the line stating that the form takes # years (or skill points) to learn, and the list of which martial arts can be learned faster if you know it.
Any recommendations, or ideas why this was dropped?

Ideas why: Probably because time spent on learning skills and martial arts has no effect on age and education in Mystic China, as it uses a Rifts-style O.C.C. & skill system.
