Superspy Vehicle Contest

Occasionally a contest for constructing vehicles is seen, either in the books (Road Hogs) or on the message boards. I thought it would be nice to do one for Ninjas & Superspies.

Rules & Guidelines

1. There will be Four Classes of Entry
A. Fleet Vehicle Class, budget limit of $10,000.
B. Spy Car Class, budget limit of $50,000.
C. Specialty Vehicle Class, budget limt of $200,000.
D. Unlimtied Class, no budget limit.

2. Any Palladium vehicle (or robot) modifications can be used, this includes the modifications from N&S, HU, TMNT, Rifts, AU, etc. For those wishing to include new modifications (or use someone else's existing vehicle modifications), include the complete information for those modifications.
Note: Convert all M.D.C. items on a one for one basis to S.D.C.

3. Entries are limited to terrestrial vehicles (i.e. no space ships, time machines, cross dimensional hoppers, etc)

4. While robotic vehicles can be entered (Vehicular Body Styles), Humanoid Body Styles, Geometric Body Styles, Giant Animal Body Styles, and Animal Bots can NOT be entered.

5. Contestants may enter as many vehicles in as many classes of entry as they wish, as long as the rules are followed.

6. No conversions of vehicles from movies, TV, anime, video games, other RPGs, or comic books. Please follow this rule. Remember, "Do not post any conversions of intellectual properties belonging to other people."

7. These entries should look professional and well done. That means use spell check to check the spellings of your words, do not use non-Palladium standard abbreviations, use correct punctuation, make your grammar understandable (I don't care if it's perfect grammar, but if no one can understand your statement, that's not good).

The Categories
Each class of entry will have the following award categories:
Most Humorous Vehicle
Best New Modification
Coolest Name
Best In Class

Best Overall Vehicle will be awarded based on a composite result of the scoring from the award categories in each class. If a tie occurs, final voting will be handled by a poll.

Each category will have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner.

Judging will be handled by a voting system. After the contest is complete, each entry will be reposted, grouping the vehicles entered for each class of entry as a group and everyone picks their favorite vehicle for each award category. Voting will run at least two weeks.

The Time Limit
The contest will start Friday, August 12th, 2005 and run until Friday, September 23th, 2005.

Suggested Format
Unlike the infamous Martial Art Contest, this format is only a suggestion, you can arrange your entry any way you like, however, anything in the format that your vehicle has must be included in the entry, i.e. weapons, armor, special features, known cargo capacity, etc.
