combination parry/attack are the easiest way to emulate it...

The closest thing is Mien Ch'uan's Sticky Hands, found in Mystic China, page 190.

The thing is, when you're using Sticky Hands the opponent can attack back. The whole point of trapping is so the opponent can't attack.

Personally, I'd use Entangle.
