Base S.D.C.: 30
Martial Art Style: The Ninja automatically receives the martial art of Ninjutsu. This martial art cannot be changed.
Base Minimum Skills: In addition to those skills gained from Ninjutsu, the character knows Basic Math, Language: Japanese, Literacy: Japanese.
Skill Programs: In addition the character can select two skill programs from among Espionage, Military, and Criminal Skill programs and two skill programs from among Basic skill programs.
Secondary Skills: Choose any four (4).
Starting Equipment: Depending on whether or not the character is a Traditionalist or Modernist, the character can select one of the below:
Traditional Ninja: A set of regular, nondescript clothing (usually poor or traveling garb, worth 2D4x$100), several simple disguises, two pairs of rubber-soled ninja boots, and a black or camouflage shinobi shozoku, 50% chance of ancient style armor. Equipment will be kept to a minimum, usually nothing more than a utility belt, backpack, 2D4 days of rations, basic survival gear, canteen, cellular phone, and some personal items. Weapons are typically ancient style and concealable in nature; starts with 12 shuriken and two ancient weapons of choice. The character also has 1D4 Ninja Emergency Kits.
Modern Ninja: Suit of modern body armor, several nondescript sets of clothing and disguises (worth 1D6x$1000), ninja boots, 50% chance of ancient style armor, and a black or camouflage shinobi shozoku. Also a laptop computer, portable CD recorder/player and headphones, cell phone, micro-film camera (fits in palm of hand), pen flashlight, large flashlight, lock picking tools, small crowbar, basic tool kit, utility belt, backpack, air filter and gas mask, tinted goggles, canteen, 50 feet of knotted rope, grappling hook, and one Ninja Emergency Kit.
Money: $6000
Income: Base pay at an agency is $350 per week.
Cybernetics (if any): None available to start.
Level Advancement Bonuses: Receive one additional Secondary skill at 4th, 8th, and 12th levels.
Social Contacts: The character has an 18% chance of recognizing any major figure in the espionage, criminal, or law enforcement community. There is only a 5% chance that the character will have met the figure before. The character’s ninja clan will be located in the Japanese isles, usually in a particular village. In the clan’s home territory, the character has a 30% chance of tracking down a clan member or ally. In another clan’s territory, the character has a 5% chance of encountering a member of that clan.

I presume you refer to Ninjutsu as in the one within Revised N&S or have you done another one that I wasn't aware of?
Also, would it be reasonable to apply some of the other Ninjutsu styles from the PMAN that you have done instead (Iga Ryu, for example)?

I use an entirely different system for ninja using the various styles of ninjutsu I've posted on the PMAN.
