IIRC, on the Palladium Martial Arts Netbook there's a "guidelines for making your own" bit...

and if you look around online, i think one of the guys what got published in Rifter also has one...

There may be an updated and expanded Martial Art Style Generator sometime soon (I hope), but I'm still playing around with how I want to set it up.
