Kind of need to know, and soon.

i eventually just said 2 million credits...
cost of a CS new-style long range multiple warhead is 1.9 mil, so I just went from there

not sure I'm comfortable with an anti-matter torpedeo costing $200,000...
btu it very well could be. Means I can get 50 cruise missiles for $10 M.
Not bad...

I like the Trek philosophy about AM, where you need a good sized vehicle such as a starship, shuttle or APC to have an AM powersource.
If the containment systems ever failed, it'd be a lot of big explosions.
i just decided that the anti-matter powered ships don't store anti-matter.
the gravitic drives would function like a singularity, providing its own anti-matter.
according to theory, quantum fluctuations in the fabric of space create particle-antipartical pairs on the realm of billions per foot. (very low density....) normally these pairs annilihate each other almost at generation, with a net energy gain of zero. but near a singularity like a black hole, the theory goes, the antiparticle is sucked in the the gravity, and the particle escapes.
so a phase world fighter, PA, bot, or flight pack sucks up its own anti-matter fuel from the fabric of space. the vehicle in question only has to contain regular matter as fuel.
for big ships, you would need AM tankage, since they would need more AM per second than the "zero-point" method can provide.
pure technobabble, and the theory is probably wrong, but it works for the game...
Phase, RIft exchange rates

I thought the exchange rate was 1 phase credit to 20 rift credits, I mean the humans on rifts earth are a mionority and not very important in the scheme of things.

One theory would be to base the cost by damage: Meaning a CS long range multi warhead will do max 240 MD. An antimater torpedo could do 1200 roughly 6 times the damage therefore 6 times the cost or aproximatly 8 million per torpedo but that may be out of your gammers price range.
