I'm a big fan of the post apocalypse subterranean shelters...I've run a couple of scenarios with the super computer theme. I'm not a big fan of using the moniker ARCHIE though, I try to come up with something a little more ominous as I try to keep my AtB one step ahead of tongue in cheek.
I agree the EoH would probably be the target of an AI super computer, whether through outright confrontation or clandestine operations. I think a larger threat would be if the AI became aware of Komani and attempted to attain the decoding device. How one of my scenarios played out once was that the towards the end of the Komani adventure, an AI computer that was monitoring the EoH became aware that the EoH had learned of the device and was sending a team to "liberate" the device from Yechat. The computer sent in androids of it's own for the device.

Archie and the EoH link up seems too logical not to happen.
So . . . Cyberworks had an active biological research facility in the Aberdeen complex and quite a number of intelelgent mutated animals came to be. SOem fo them possessed strange powers including a strange little mutant, barely able to feed itself, but who could communicate with Archie through his dreams.
The 60 or so years of contact with this mutant has changed Archie profoundly, making him much less an advanced AI and more of a sentient being. The dreams Archie shares with his little friend (who he lovingly calsl Pooky) have filled Archie of a wonderiful vision of the future. A vision of a world without war or famine or poverty. A vision of a world freed from the shackles of evil and tyranny.
A world devoid of humans whatsoever. . .
The first to go were the aged human survivors in the Aberdeen complex. Next a nearby village of humans fell under assault from Archie's Botwiellers and Iron Eagles. Archie's sights are firmly set on the EoH next, but first he must build up his forces and gather intellegence.
Archie has disguised a number of his robots in the flesh of flayed human captives and sent them to the EoH to help him plot out the eventual annhilation of the greatest, strongest bastion of humanity in North America.

If you're talking about the Archie from MiO then 'yes'. If the Archie from Rifts sorcebook 1 then 'maybe'. its up to your GM.
They will encouer the world about them , yah I know that is a cop-out answer but its up to the GM to decide that. It also depends on their attitueds toward the mutant animels that inhabit the lands. If they are like the emp of humanity (not shure if this is the correct name but you should know who I'm talking about) then sooner rather then later they will become hated just like the EoH. But if they are not openly bigoted, then they won't have the same problems of the EoH has.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.

Where? I didn't see it, the descriptions for Jakarta and Tassieland are pretty small and we get the caveat of being told to look to Mutants Down Under for more information.
and they have had interglobal tactic especially since they have expanded their airforce.
Interglobal? Expanded their airforce? Where is all this found?

The EoH has nothing to do with the AMV...and the EoH reached the Yucatan via the EHS Joseph-McCarthy, and it doesn't even have a full complement of aircraft since it only has 14 Saber 19s. Yucatan does give us the EoH's Aerosol Bomb, Live Game Cluster missile, and the AST...but not the AMV.
If it did, that would make their fighter bombers even more of a threat...
The EoH hasn't really done much in the way of expansion...there are vague references to their activities such as assisting the Human Elite in the west and even supplying arms to the Road Hogs, but I'm almost positive they haven't ventured outside of North or South America.
What is unique given the EoH's attitude toward mutant animals (outside of New Kennel) is that it has allied itself with Imperial Mexico (whether Imperial Mexico wanted to be or not) since Imperial Mexico only has a human population of 1,800 and 15,000,000 mutant animals of various species.
