Cybernetics being MDC on an SDC body?

Hey All

I am nube to this board, but not to gaming. I have a question? I am looking at doing up a GitS:SAC (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex) type campaign and I am curious. Would the cybernetic limbs or even body would be considered having MDC when versed against SDC weapons. For those that have seent his Anime you probably know what I am talking about? (I hope) Please :?

1. Conversions are not allowed.
2. N&SS dosn't use MDC in the first place
