I would think so. When that "Spider Sense" goes off it would shake them from their self-indulgence. I mean, it rouses humans another psychics, right?
Seeing that 6th Sense gives one a warning from 15 - 60 sec BEFORE the potential attack/ threat/ danger, then its possible that the warning would come before they even looked into a mirror.
I would say if the 6th sense goes off while looking into mirror, then yes, it would snap them out of the "trance" so to speak.
If the 6th sense goes off and then during the 15 - 60 secs later they find themselves looking into a mirror, then they would become entranced.
