Can I use the Power Categories of H.U in AtB?

What power categories can wokr in AtB better then Others?

I am plaing to do a game where before the Fall a super-team tranks a villains team to ther base,durating the fight,the base got teleport to the post fall.

Are you talking about the HU1 stuff, or the newer material? I've thought about using the stuff from HU1 before but the only problem in an AtB campaign would be to keep the PCs on their toes.

I don't think anyone is saying it's a bad thing...just that it shouldn't be a common ordeal.

I kinda felt the same way...IMO everything else that Palladium published was a supplement for TMNT.

One time I had the players find underground lab built out in the middle of no where. Then they found that the group they where checking on has opened the lab. Inside frozen where 7 bad guy all using HU powers that the first group set free and died at the hands of these monsters. The lab had the info and gear to bring these guys in so the players when after them. They dropped two before getting their butts handed to them because of poor planning. Becareful what powers you use but I say go for it.
