How do you convert a apok to the Rifts setting?

How do you handle this? I know they do not lose there mask but as far as skills go what adjustments do I need to make.
Geez...reading this thread makes me sound like I was a mean guy since I forced my Apok to find someone to cast the symbiote bonding spell (in one of the Rifters I think) so the mask wouldn't desolve, leave any weapon with Wormwood power stones in them behind, and after a period of time communing with the Earth's spirit to regain spells...I still doubled the PPE cost.
you guys are making me feel bad.
